To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns of opened teas, gemstones, or essential oils due to hygiene and safety reasons. 

In case of a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will gladly provide a replacement or refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
